Database for July 16-19

We will be rolling with one database next week. Two seems overkill for a week where we all have one series. I'll send it out sometime on Wednesday, so for this week only the transaction cutoff will be Tuesday 11:59 PM EST. Then the next week we will resume our regular schedule of a database Sunday night (Sat 11:59 PM deadline) and Thursday afternoon (Wed 11:59 PM deadline) for databases/transactions.
