Looking for a back up SS

The Nationals are looking to swap a backup OF or 1B for a backup infielder who is at least average at SS. OF Matt Diaz (always a 300 hitter and VG LFr) and 1B/OF Shelly Duncan are available to deal.
I would also be willing to look at a deal for a starting caliber SS if another team is interested in propects like Viciedo and perhaps Friedrich. However Frazier is likely not in the mix to be dealt.
