As some of you know I'm not a big fan of the 'year specific' created (drafted) players.

I've always felt we should be a league with 40 SIM players (instead of the min. of 25), and up to 20 (expanding from the current 10) 'created players' regardless of "7" - "8" - "0", etc..

As it is, there are alot more "0" players I like over 7's & 8's I have. But with our rules, I'm having to just pass over those prospects.

So, needless to say this is a sore spot. Since it is a sore spot, I often go to other rosters and see if other teams might have some 7-8's to trade to me. In that venture I come across some 'illeagal rosters'.

Currently 'illegal rosters' (according to OOPSS anyway).

Team - Drafted players
Cardinals - 9
Mets - 8
Red Sox - 9
Rockies - 8
Royals - 9

There might be more, these are just the ones I noticed in passing.

By the way, to those teams with a bunch of 7-8's, I'm in the market, so hit me up.

Royals have Collin Delome as another 07. As I've stated in frustration at times, neither of my computers let me move anyone roster-wise. Delome has never been activated to the regular roster.

My bad, I drafted that Cuban and dropped him then forgot WHY I had an open roster spot. I'll clear that up in the next few minutes.

It should be noted, that the violations aren't for lack of 08/09 players, but an excess of players on the 40 man roster. You can have zero 08/09 players if you want, but you can't exceed 40 non-08/09 players

Lucroy is a draftee but I can't get OPPS to recognize him as such so I'm fine

I've attempted to designated Jess Todd as a Draftee several weeks ago, but OOPSS woldn't let me change his status. I figured Shawn was still working on it, so I didn't bother mentioning it.

Guys, my apologies, this is something I broke and haven't gotten around to fixing. I'd actually been working on a replacement system, but haven't had a chance to finish/deploy it yet. I'm hoping sometime in the next few weeks I'll be able to. In the meantime, if you post here, I can make the change for you.
