Waivers reset

Waivers should reset May 1 at 12:01 am? or...some other time? I think right now it's based on when the May 1 boxes go up, but I may have some expanded capabilities now that can do it at 12:01 am if we want that. If so, who does it end up affecting? Players waived May 1 and beyond, or all those on waivers at 12:01am? Just a thought since Ken brought it up to me.

To the best of my knowledge, last year players claimed in April (i.e. my claim on Amezaga) stayed in April, and players claimed in May were on the May list. Or at least that's how I'm pretty sure we did it last year.
