So I'm taking a road trip to go see the Blazers play the Bandits in our playoff game in two weekends.
I want to make a baseball CD, and so far, with very little thought I've got:
"Centerfield" by John Fogerty
"Cheap Seats" by Alabama
I have no time to think about this - so I'm asking my IBCers to create this play list.
No songs like "Willie, Mickie, and the Duke" - let's keep at least post 1975.
Also, no fucking U2. You heard me...

Just heard it on iTunes...actually quite enjoyed it...we shall see if it makes the cut...another definite:
"Glory Days" by The Boss

I'm going to reiterate: Broadway by Omar Vizquel. If you want to go a little cheesy you could add Peter Paul and Mary doing Right Field after Centerfield.

Tessie by Dropkick Murphies was the Red Sox theme song for 2004, and had back up vocals by Damon, DiNardo, Peter Gammons, etc.
Boys of Summer by Don Henley (or Ataris if your into that)
If you hate the person you're going with...Allstar by Smash Mouth
