Now seems to be about the time to do this sort of thing:
I've got lots of options on the corners
Eric Hinske: .259/.343/.486 3-year split against righties
Bill Hall: .292/.374/.536 3-year split against lefties
These 2 together would make a fine platoon option for someone
Ken Griffey Jr. .243/.333/.418 CHONE
.266/.346/.472 Oliver
If he comes out closer to Oliver than CHONE he'll do something useful for someone
Casey Blake .259/.336/.449 CHONE
.261/.323/.437 Oliver
Should have lots of positional flexibility, even played SS a couple of games last year, decent projection but may not beat out Mike Hessman.
Mike Hessman .222/.312/.478 CHONE
.231/.307/.494 Oliver
Need a guy to play average defense and hit 31 home runs (both what CHONE and Oliver project)? I'm leery on dealing him because I'm a big believer in the power of the home run, but he could be a Bocachica for someone.
