Current rule: Rosters consist of up to 10 slots for players who have signed professional contracts in one of the two preceding years and have not been on an active IBC roster for a game, and up to 40 slots for players players who do not meet those requirements (including the players necessary to meet minimum active roster requirements).
Proposed rule: Rosters consist of any 50 eligible players (including the players necessary to meet minimum active roster requirements).

Let's keep additional debate on these two rules in this thread:

It's academic now since most of the league has voted (and this one looks like it will come down to wire), but in the future when you post the poll I think we should have the basic pro and con arguments on the thread as well so that if people weren't paying attention they can catch up. Note that I don't mean a continued discussion, just a thumbnail version which doesn't invite responses.

Well, I did link the entire conversation.
I don't know that there was one central pro/con on this issue, either. There were several arguments made, some on the same side even contradicting each other.

Measure is defeated; draft slots will stay in place as are.
