Is this a one time thing?
Because hitting one 500 ft. homer can possibly happen once. If I hit 100 on the Juggs, I'd imagine I could hit 95 with some consistency...

One time thing. Or one day thing. The next day you can't do either. I picked 100 MPH just because hitting 500+ ft HR is conceivable with the proper strength and training, whereas throwing 100 is basically you can or you can't.

When you've hit one career homer, a 305 ft. homer would feel the same as a 500 ft. homer.
I barely hit 80 when I crow hop. Absolutely throwing 100 mph.

If this was a one day thing, absolutely throwing 100 mph would be my choice. Once I found out I could do that, I'd do everything in my power to schedule a tryout with the closest MLB team, and then negotiate whatever signing bonus I could. The next day I'd start complaining about elbow or shoulder soreness, and insurance would cover the rest of my contract.

Seeing as how I was a horrible hitter and hit one ball off the fence my entire baseball playing life, I'd love to just crush one one time. I don't care about hitting 100 cause my elbow kills me when I hit whatever horrible speed it is I throw now, I'm sure 100 would really have it barking

Has to be the HR. That's the kind of stuff that gets a red chair put in a blue bleacher section.
Ideally, It would be hitting a 500 foot bomb off a 100 mph fastball.
