#12 Jemile Weeks - Weeks is a talented young kid who, while he doesn't have his brother Rickie's ceiling, is more of a finished product and has a pretty good shot at becoming a productive MLBer. He's a great athlete and damn fast. Jemile is a better defender than his brother and has great wrists and should hit for a very good average, though he won't hit for much power.

Of course, if I hadn't passed Weeks the Elder up for Maels Fucking Rodriguez, I'd have a matching pair.

It's worth noting that Weeks has already been dealt.

#42 - Yorman Rodriguez - Plus-plus power, plus speed, plus arm... Rodriguez is likely the most athletic signee of this year's international signing period. His bat has been compared to Miguel Cabrera, his speed and defense to Carlos Beltran. He's a human toolshed for whom the word 'ceiling' does not exist and got the highest bonus of any Venezuelan ever.
He's also 16 years old (DOB: 7/13/1992) and has a LOOOOOOONG road ahead.

#72 - Anthony Hewitt - For most teams, Rodriguez would be the toolsiest guy in their draft (as well as the biggest project). Not here though. Prior to the draft, BA called Hewitt the best athlete in the draft on a pure tools level. Possibly the best athlete in several years.
Hewitt has plus Power, Speed and Arm, an impressive work ethic, is charismatic and... still needs to learn a lot about playing baseball. Currently a SS, Philly will likely keep him there in spite of his lack of smoothness, instincts and finesse on the infield to try to work his way into the position. If it doesn't work out, his skills should play well in CF. He's got a long way to go, but coming from the Northeast he hasn't had the long seasons that many of the warmer weathered youngsters have had which accounts for some of his rawness. Fortunately Philly has shown themselves to be up to the task of grooming toolsy players in the past.
