Draft Ready To Go (Mostly)

Okay, drafting has officially started, you can draft at this page:
view_draft.php
Things that aren't working 100% correctly:
- Links in OOPSS menus (sidebar): I'll get to this tonight, in the meantime the link is provided above.
- Number of picks until you are up
- Who is currently on the clock (I'm 99% sure this is 100%, but everyone should keep an eye on it and make sure the right team is on the clock and making picks)
- List of drafted players, we had one last year courtesy of Bren, hopefully he can come through again, otherwise I'll try to throw one together tonight or tomorrow. In the meantime, just draft players using the "Create" functionality.
- Draft queues: this relies on the list of players to get started and not give away everyone's picks. Hopefully will have this up and running in a day or two as well.
My apologies for holding everything up.

Thanks for all the work as always.

I made my pick and it's showing the #7 as another #2 and says I'm still on the clock. Anyone else have this?

That's what I have too. I think once Shawn is out of class he'll have to fix it. JP and I were just talking, and if Seth, etc. want to pick, maybe they can just post their picks until Shawn is around.

Not sure if it is fixed for other, but I still only see a list of the draft pick numbers and the three or so picks that have been accomplished at the draft site. Don't see a draft queue or tab for list of players available to pick or anything else. I imagine Shawn is still working on it, but just figured I'd through that out in case it was working for everyone else and not me.
On a side note, I still can't change the "roster status" for any of my players on my roster. I think Shawn just doesn't like IE.

The draft queue page isn't up yet, I have to compile that list of all players drafted like we had last year before that would be relevant and usable.
As for the roster status page, I'm working on an overhaul of all of the roster management stuff, so don't sweat that.
Also, IE sucks, so yeah I don't like it and I don't think you'll find many in my profession who do.

Thanks for the update on the draft queue page, I figured you were still working on it, but just wanted to throw that out there as it was slowly moving closer to my pick and didn't want to hold anything up.
As for the roster status page, I'm working on an overhaul of all of the roster management stuff, so don't sweat that.
I'm not worried about the roster page, just figured I'd bring it up again in case someone got worried my players didn't quite match to the proper placement (designation) on my OOPSS roster, with all the recent roster designation discussions around the draft.
Also, IE sucks, so yeah I don't like it and I don't think you'll find many in my profession who do.
I know IE, is like the Bud Light of the browser world, but that's just what this amatuer uses as I'm too lazy to change.

I'm having the same problem with roster status on Firefox, which I'm sure Shawn has a secret crush on. It seems like there's a lag, when I make the changes nothing happens but when I come back on the correct changes have been made.

Actually I prefer Safari as it has become my main web browser now that I've got a Mac.

Just received a Mac today, unfortunately it is a xmas gift for my son so it is not mine.

Just for browsing purposes, I've never found Safari to be that great. I'm sure interacting with it is more pleasant, though.

Updated (italics = done). No class after 12 tomorrow, so I should have the list of drafted players and draft queue working tomorrow. I put the link in now, but I don't think it will work and even if it does, it would give away who you want to pick.

Okay, the list of drafted players (only drafted, not international signees) is up, so the draft queue stuff should be working.
As always, please inform me ASAP if you get an error!
With that, the draft should be all set without any manual intervention from me until we get to teams wanting round 6 and beyond.

Added a draft quick view on the league home page in place of box scores (since that last game won't change for another couple months).

Because the remaining picks of teams who are done are being deleted, the count until your pick is up is going to be slightly off. It is calculated based on your next pick minus the current pick, rather than the actual number of picks in between. I may try to see if I can fix it, but no promises.
