2009 Early Outlooks

Sometime within the next week or two, I'll try to break down each division for 2009 and who I think is likely to do what as well as what I think are needs for each team. If for nothing else to see how much everything changes between now and then and maybe get some more non-political IBC discussion around here, that would rock.
