Solid young OF avail, good for this season and future

In the sim right now, he's hitting .278/.344/.500 with 15 HR, 55 RBI, and 13 SB. It's not fluke, he projects for an OPS over .800. He also plays all three OF positions with AV ratings everywhere, and has VG on each of his running, stealing, jump categories.
He's only 26 years old. He was hitting 287/.384/.479 at triple A this season, he plays a sweet CF and had 26 steals. He was just called up to the big leagues by the Reds and 5 games in he's hitting .409 .458 .864 with 5 doubles, a triple, and a HR.
Looking for help next season at SP. Could package him with a guy having a solid season like Odalis (5-8, 4.12 ERA) for an upgrade.
Also looking for a 1B.
