Scenario 1:

I'd like to add 1 more pick in the top 45. Many prospects available and 14 Rays currently in the bigs.

Scenario 2:

My picks should be in the top 3-4 in every round. Looking for immediate improvement in every area. MLB or near MLB ready guys desired.
