Vacant Team Drafting

We still have two vacancies. In the interest of fairness for the new GMs that will eventually take over these teams, we will use this list for the first 100 picks to choose from: https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories ... -rankings/, and then default to draft results for picks 101-150.

It was deemed unfair for vacant teams not to have access to international players. Hopefully, we won't have a draft without 30 GMs again so that we won't have to face this situation again.
