Open to trading picks and prospects for good MLBers

As some know, I love my picks and prospects, but I think at least for now I'm looking for net gains on the big league side if I do anything.
I'd most like to upgrade in the outfield, back of the bullpen, and I could use another SP or two, but would be open-minded on any kind of positional upgrade.
I currently have 29, 59, 89, 129.
Here are all of my prospects:
Position:
Josue De Paula
Joe Mack
Josuar Gonzalez
Jhonny Level
Jaison Chourio
Luis Lara
Josh Adamczewski
Handelfry Encarnacion
and some less notable DSLers
Pitchers:
Travis Sykora
Ricky Tiedemann
Jose Corniell
Henry Lalane
Kyle Hurt
Emiliano Teodo
I have a really hard time seeing myself trade Josuar. Chourio and Lalane seem like they're at the bottom of their value but I still like them, so I doubt they make sense.
I'm open to swapping around depth MLB guys either direction to make something make sense (on my end that would probably be a guy like Josh Smith, Andruw Monasterio, Graham Pauley or non-elite pitching), but again looking to help my MLB team overall.
