Nationals Offseason

Looking for two main items this offseason:
1) A true CF.
2) Bolstering the bullpen, lefties or righties are fine, more looking for guys that can get people out.
More for the CF, I have a number of picks and prospects we can talk about and we can chat about others as necessary.
