-Aaron Nola:
By adding Pivetta to the rotation and knowing deGrom isn't going to bring in real offers, I'm putting Nola on the block. He's a consistent 3-4 win TORP. He brought down his ERA from 2023 to 2024 and he'll get another very good projection.

-Jurickson Profar
All-Star level season in 2024 after years of up and down. I think he heads back to San Diego on an incentive-laden deal.

-Max Scherzer
Scherzer thought he figured out his issue and then he strained his hammy. He says he'll pitch again next year. 3.95 ERA/1.4 fWAR projection over 107 IP w/ 9.5 k/9 ip

-Andrew Heaney
Great season and a solid starter. He currently sits at probably #4 or #5 in the rotation.

Cleaned up the block a bit after the rush of offseason moves.

I would like to grab another 2nd/3rd round pick, if it's out there, as well as upgrade the rotation, namely by combining Nola and Profar for a better/younger arm.

Steamer is pretty high on Profar, so I'm hoping ZiPS is as well. He's looking like a DH and #2 hitter for me, but I think he can serve a better purpose for someone looking for a good hitter playing a number of positions where he likely qualifies next year. Nola has a 3-win projection and sits as a strong #2 in any rotation.

After our first deal of the new year, the Guardians are in the market for some RP depth. The plan is to go into the season with Iglesias closing and some combo of Doval, Morejon, Holton setting up. But I'm going to need a little more depth after losing Megill. Send ideas over.

After picking up Sewald, I would take another RP, but don't necessarily think I need to place a huge emphasis on that. I wouldn't mind a power hitting lefty off the bench or to pick up/upgrade prospects/picks.

Adding Xander Bogaerts to the block. With the Chase Meidroth projection being pretty top-notch and having Rafaela/Edman as options to circulate around the field, I would listen to deals involving him. 3+ win projection and will qualify at 2B and SS.
