SIGNING FREEZE WILL END 11/18 12 AM

Please send in any waiver claims in priority order to rosters@ibcleague.com.

ZiPS bidding will start tomorrow, and players on the Mets will need to go through the ZiPS bidding process.

The waiver order will be updated to reflect the end-of-year IBC standings.
