IBC Rockies have been hit hards by injuries this year, find ourselves 7.5 out at the break in the west, and even further out in the WC standings.

It's not looking as good as I had hoped going into the year. I've toyed around with the idea of selling for awhile now. I'm not completely all in on a sell, but I am willing to discuss some players on the roster I would not have necessarily entertained in previous years.

My roster has gotten younger over the past year and change, and I'd like to continue in that direction. Top prospects and young major league level talent are of interest. As are draft picks.

Willing to discuss:

Ahmed, Goldschmidt, Gomes, Gray, Haniger, Kimbrel, Melancon, Mikolas, Mondesi, Profar, Suarez, Wong, etc.

Gomes, Gray, Haniger, Straw, and Suarez are gone.

Have had some good talks with a handful of you about Goldschmidt, but nothing has gotten those discussions over the finish line.

Goldschmidt is hitting 328/412/618 in real life with 29 bombs, a .289 ISO, 187 wRC+ and 5.7 WAR. It's shaping up to be arguably the best season of his career. He's simming very well too. He's perhaps the best bat available in the IBC right now at our deadline. The price is high, but he's a difference maker this year and beyond. Hit me up if you're interersted.

Miles Mikolas also available. He's having a very good year - he's no ace by any stretch, but he's a very good back of the rotation guy putting up a 3.44 ERA(inflated by a terrible start at Coors field in real life), that is pretty much in line with his expected stats. 2.2 WAR on the year, he could fill a gap for anyone looking for rotation help.

Have AJ Pollock and Kolten Wong who could be had at a very reasonable cost to those seeking help this year at 2b/of spots.

Still have Kimbrel, Melancon, Treinen, Pierce Johnson if you need some pen help down the stretch.

Updated numbers on #STLCards star Paul Goldschmidt after his 3 for 4, 2 HR, 5 RBI day (so far): .339, 33 HRs, 104 RBI. He ranks 1st in batting average, 2nd in HRs and 1st in RBI. He is one HR back of #Phillies star Kyle Schwarber, who hasn't homered in 14 games. Incredibly, #STLCards 1B Paul Goldschmidt also leads the NL in on-base percentage (.417), SLUG (.622), OPS (1.039) and WAR (6.7). The NL hasn't had a Triple Crown winner since 1937 (STL's Joe "Ducky" Medwick) & Goldschmidt is in position to make a run at it.
