Only because he was so much better then his projection and will never sniff being on the top 10 Cy Young list, I nominate
Jorge Lopez- 12 wins - 1 loss, 2.06 ERA, 28 games, 15 starts, 6.4 H/9 and 1.01 whip.

My vote is for Gerritt Cole followed by Luis Castillo and then Yu Darvish.
