With Seth exiting the league, Ian (Royals) has requested to move to Washington.
He asked me earlier this offseason about a move to the NL if a team opened up, so this isn't out of the blue. He's been in the league for awhile and hasn't had a chance to move. He isn't a powerhouse of a team, nor is Seth's old team, so I don't think this move upsets any type of competitive balance.
Thoughts?
