Rebuilding a staff

Building is probably a more appropriate word since we've never had a complete, competitive staff entering a season, but with all of the pitching that I traded away over the fall, we were essentially down to four healthy, full season pitchers on the entire roster (Shields, Hughes, Gallardo, Jake McGee).
With all of our starters through a turn, we have our first progress report on their performance:
MLB
James Shields 12 IP, 13 H, 4 BB, 7 K, 3.00 ERA
Philip Hughes 6 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 1 BB, 4 K
Cliff Lee 6.2 IP, 4 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 4 K
Jason Jennings 5 IP, 4 H, 4 R, 2 BB, 1 K
AAA
Yovani Gallardo (rehab) 4 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 1 BB, 5 K
Fernando Nieve 5 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 5 K
AA
Jake McGee 6 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 7 K
Matt Torra 6 IP, 7 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 5 K
Lucas Harrell 5 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 4 K
Daryl Thompson (new) 6 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 5 K
HA
Kenny Rodriguez (new) 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 7 K
Drew Miller 4 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 2 K
Tommy Hunter 6 IP, 5 H, 4 ER, 1 BB, 3 K
Jose Ceda 2 IP, 2 H, 4 R, 4 BB, 3 K
LA
Kelvin de la Cruz 5 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 6 K
Dae-Eun Rhee (new) 5 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 5 K
Injured
Brandon McCarthy
Chaz Roe
Now, three of those guys were signed partially because of their promising starts, but the cumulative numbers for Detroit's SPs thus far:
90 IP, 66 H, 19 BB, 73 K, 2.31 ERA, 0.94 WHIP
