Z is arguing that Reyes Moronta is eligible to pitch.
Here's the timeline:
2/12 - Moronta placed on the 60-day IL
8/7 - Reports to Giants alternate site, added to player pool to continue rehab
I would argue that the player is still clearly injured and there's nothing to demonstrate he's been activated off the IL. He believes that he should be able to play because there's nothing listing him on the IL.

If he's rehabbing, he's still hurt until reported otherwise. Minor league rehab assignments= IBC DL. When Z gets news that he's not rehabbing, he's active.
