IBC teams will be allowed to carry 26 active players from March-August this season, aligning with MLB's rule.

Additionally, IBC teams can carry 28 in September -- down from the 40 that we've (and MLB) used in the past.

There is no additional mandate that a team must carry 26. Teams must still carry at least 25 active players.
