SP Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade Oliver Perez for this year. I would be willing to include players like Henry Sosa, Sean West, Allen Craig, Nick Noonan, Kelvim Escobar etc. to get a deal done or two get 2 SP's somehow. All players can be had except for Harden, Lincecum and McCann. I would move anybody else in the right deal, and with the season looming soon I would like to add some oomph to my staff.
