Under no circumstances aside from slander or outrageously personal/racist remarks should posts be deleted. Especially ones that contribute to BASEBALL Discussion, regardless whether or not the prior thread was LOCKED (note: Not deleted.) I had contacted Dan because i was/am under the weather and wanted to use his blog as the trade offense. I thought it was written excellently.

So I think Bren should have his admin powers suspended indefinitely so that he cannot delete or edit posts.

See the other thread. Deleting posts pertaining to contested trades is completely consistent with past policy. If it wasn't, I wouldn't have done it. You want to change the policy, do it. Getting tiffy for enforcing policy consistently is ridiculous. I happen to agree with Dan, but he went against the rules and I enforced them consistent with past policy.
