Bottom of roster maintenence

Following in Z's steps, I'm also looking for 4th rounders for these useable 2019 SIM pieces, and you'll get a 5th rounder (if you wish) thrown in as well.
SP Lance Lynn - The vet had a 3.82 projection, followed up with 9.2 K9, only 14 HRA allowed in 29 starts (the bad - 1.51 WHIP) this year, should equal lower 4.00's, back of the rotation/6th man projection.
LHRP Kyle McGrath - The 25 year-old had a 3.88 projection, followed up with 2.17 ERA (1.15 WHIP) in AAA = useable LH.
RHRP Nick Rumbelow - The 26 year-old had a 3.52 projection, was limited to 17 MLB innings, but came back healthy in Sept. He should still have a solid projection, but will likely be downgrade from Vg to Av durability.
C James McCann - Absolutely made me look foolish, touting his power, as he stunk the world up with the bat. But, according to fangraphs, he was 3rd in baseball at Catcher defense, and it's not like many other Catchers can hit theses days.
