So is pool...how expensive are pool tables, and who has room for them?

Hey, don't knock curling, some of the chicks on the American women's team are HOT. And yes, female hotness makes elitism irrelevant.

I have a $200 pool table downstairs in my basement...I found room for it. Pool is not elitist...it's played in bars and pool halls...just look at the crowd that plays it and you don't think elitist.

I made slight of a post you made. Nowhere was I trying to defend any kind of "position" as you're being pompus enough to assume.

You taking it personally as an attack on you instead of just a random "haha" joke about a post you made only exemplifies you're holier than thou attitude towards most any discussion on here. Appartently, there's no room for a laugh in this circus of an argument over hockey ratings.

What, did you forget to wear your helmet today?

I don't have to defend myself because it doesn't need defending. You're turning a mildly humorous jab at the wording of your post into something personal. Weak Sauce? I work at a place part time that sells pool tables. $800 for a slate table is the cheapest...its real nice.

Walmart baby! Seriously it was only like 170 and even though it's not solid wood all the way through, it's solid construction and a sportcraft I think. basically has the hard wood legs that are ugly and then covered up by plastic molds. Tabletop came preassembled. It's very nice for what I paid.

Which part was leetspeak? weak sauce? If so I wasn't aware of it and wouldn't use it again, leetspeak is... well, not something I think too highly of. A couple of my classmates have said it and it seemed appropriate for the context.

As a league we all need to stop reading Z's blog, it only encourages him to spend time doing things besides letting us know the grades he gave our lineups. Anyone remember that?
