Shawn, it was an accidental release--Bren reversed it immediately (top of Page 7 in the November transactions)--not sure how a reversal ended up being not reversed

I'm not sure either, i followed the posted procedure. This might need some testing further.
Unquestionably, Casilla should be Minnesota's.

I recall this as well ... not sure why it didn't take, as it has usually worked, but Casiilla does belong to the Twins.
