QB: Romo, E. Manning(puke),
WR: Jordy Nelson, K. Allen, R. Randle
RB: Vareen, J. Bell
TE: Jimmy Graham, Julius Thomas
Flex: Frank Gore
K: Vinatieri, Dan Carpenter
DEF: St. Louis, Chicago

Bench: Heath Miller(TE), Bernard Pierce(RB), Justin Hunter(WR), Jeremy Hill(RB), Jarrett Boykin(WR), G. Smith(puke?).

My take: I went TE heavy as I believe getting significant production from the TE position to be a huge advantage given the lack of depth around the league. My trio of TE is by far the best in the league. WR core seems pretty strong. 2 #1s in Nelson and Allen. Randle should have a solid year. Boykin is a WR3 in a high powered offense. Flex appeal right there. Hunter is a wildcard. May as well count Graham as another #1 receiver.

For RB I didn't take one until the 5th I believe. Since its PPR and nearly all 3 down backs were gone, I went with guys who are adept at catching the ball out of the backfield. Bell and Vareen should be plenty valuable in a PPR format. I took them both before Gore fell in my lap. I think Hill is a major sleeper and Pierce has a shot to win the starting job in Baltimore.

K and DEF should be strong enough, with at least 1 top rated K and DEF at each spot. Only question is QB. Romo is good fantasy wise. Eli stinks, but maybe I get lucky and he bounces back. If not, maybe I get l lucky and Geno Smith carries over what he did at the end of last year. Or.. maybe I dont get lucky... and I have to find a trade target I think I got the pieces to do so.

Why you gotta try and steal my defense like that! You have the Patsies, not the Rams.
Ah, my bad.. going of memory and got confused with another league.. edited..

Easy to win when my best WR doesn't even play more than a few minutes in the game (AJ Green) and my defenses decide to lay an egg between the two of them.

And my top tight end and second best RB both left their games early with injury, this is not the week to bitch about that, just get better players (and hell yeah a healthy Moreno would have made up the difference between us Nate, this week will be a bloodbath one way or the other!)

My team sucks lol. Figured I'd have a nice advantage at RB with Charles and Ball.

And I am pretty sure everyone is being screwed over by their top RB.

Hell of a matchup Nate, I hope you're enjoying your Toyota Venza Head Turner medal for smallest margin of victory (and G-d bless corporate sponsorship!)

By a C hair. The smallest of margins.

I didn't think I had it.

As Stephen pointed out.. who would have thought the 2 highest scoring teams in the league would be in one of the lowest scoring matchups of the week.

And poor Ropers.. Has a shit ton of points and no wins.

Story of my fantasy league life. I can lead a league in scoring and figure out a way to go 0 for in the win column. Everyone has their annual scoring high against me! lol!

Not to mention the fabulous performance of my QB from the NE region of the country thus far. Who wants this bum!

Tom Brady being outscored thus far by the likes of.....

Brian Hoyer
Austin Davis
and
Derek Carr

He's washed up!~ Why you'd draft a bum from Michigan is beyond me.

Didn't get in the endzone and his WR are terrible, but Derek Carr looked pretty good for a rook against the Pats this weekend. Raiders might have a real QB on their hands.

That was one of the weirdest games I've ever seen. The Raiders defense is surprisingly feisty, the offense just can't finish. Whether that's Carr or the coaches I don't know (pro-tip, it's the coaches)

It was a weird game. I'm surprised how well the Raiders played the run, since they were missing two of their starting LBs. Coaches were definitely keeping the reins on Carr, being conservative (which is fine with a rookie QB, I guess) then couldn't figure out what to do once Carr moved them down the field and near the red zone. Not a huge fan of Greg Olson, the Raiders OC. I don't think I've liked a Raiders OC since Marc Trestman back in 2002. Hue Jackson wasn't bad I guess.

Yahoo Fantasy Football has me as a 93% chance of victory going into Monday night's game. Dan has no players left, and I have Arian Foster...and I'm up by 5 points. So there's a 7% chance Arian Foster loses 6 points? Now I'm terrified.

1-6 lol. Same as Dan who bought himself a trophy the day after the draft.
