Have to wait for the right time. I sometimes wait too long on Rangers guys who aren't elite types, so I figured KG ranking him 12th in the system was a good time. Not sure that he has enough control of the strike zone to keep a roster spot, either.

Also, just out of curiosity, has it been confirmed that he's signed? All I could find was the Keith Law report and a few others saying they're close to signing him.

That's what I saw also and that report was on 1/12 so it's likely he hasn't signed yet.
