We had a time limit, certainly, but I think it was shorter than 24 hours.

24 hours came up during the argument about 1st round draft pick trading, but I don't think it was implemented. That might be where you remember it from.

24 hours was definitely the time limit imposed in the draft queue last year. By the way, I think that's what's really slowing the pace down. Use your draft queue people!

Rumor has it the Cardinals may clean house in scouting a player development, because there is obviously a mole telling the Phillies who the top person on the Cards draft board is after Raben, Lindblom and Odorizzi go off the board
