Ya know, try a salad, walk around the block a few times, maybe get into a new hobby?
This is a very unhealthy obsession, Danny.

Re: DEFEND IT
Guys, I know you want me to shut up about this, so I will, but I’d like to clarify exactly what I was trying to get at with asking people to defend Mr. Trump’s actions. I’m sorry in advance if you feel insulted by my point of view, but I truly feel you have either been tricked by Fox News and GOP politicians or are willfully ignorant to certain facts if you continue to support Trump. This is the last I’ll say about it (unless someone wants to talk here or take it offline onto PM, which is fine).
The 2026 elections will be as important a test of the American experiment as was 2024. We will learn if accountability is still a feature of our representative democracy, or if standing behind Trump this far required such a heavy commitment to willful ignorance that enough votes are already spoken for despite objectively negative outcomes from his recent insane policy decisions. That’s my opinion.
However, we already know a segment of the population is willing to knowlingly ignore Trump’s most egregious acts, ALL of them supported by at least enough actual evidence for a federal indictment, and in some cases a slam-dunk conviction, including:
If you disagree and would like to say so, please offer some real evidence other than the words of Donald J. Trump (or the subsequent repetition of those words by his followers) when refuting any of what seem to me like nearly irrefutable points of fact supported by real evidence, not opinion. The above are objective truths. The evidence is readily available. You have seen much of it (I hope - though you never know with Fox News).
Anyway, appreciate you for reading if you are still there. I’ll shut up now unless anyone feels like answering seriously, which I doubt will happen. Again, feel free to PM if you'd be interested in a civil conversation off the board.

- his recorded phone call with Brad Raffensperger asking for EXACTLY one more vote than he needed to win Georgia,
- his support for fake elector schemes to subvert the outcome of the 2020 election
- his deliberate propagation of lies about the 2020 election, resulting in a coup attempt on the U.S. Capitol by supporters prepared to interrupt a Congress in session bearing weapons, bear spray and tasers, and wearing riot gear. They erected a gallows for VP Mike Pence.
- his abject failure to act in accordance with his duties as President for 3 hours as he watched the January 6th riot on TV with the rest of the country.
- his openly pro-White (aka racist) rhetoric and pursuit of a White supremacist agenda (he is a superhero to these groups, whose activity and membership have exploded since his arrival on the political scene). You can’t repeatedly say “Immigrants are poisoning the blood of our nation” on camera at large gatherings - knowing EXACTLY who that sounds like from the last century - and claim you are not a racist. Sorry.
- his absolute refusal to tell the truth or to comply with the government upon the discovery that he had improperly taken hundreds of classified documents home to Mar-a-Lago following his presidency (and the audio recordings of him showing some of them to guests with zero clearance to impress them).
- the finding by a jury of his peers that he sexually assaulted E. Jean Carroll. There is no reason, other than the words of Trump, to believe our justice system has ceased to operate fairly (especially where White male billionaires are concerned).
- his climate denial and total refusal to address the issue in any serious way - instead dismantling everything built to date to address this real life scientifically proven and self-evident problem.
- his persistent, objective, provably inaccurate and extreme hyperbole (aka lying), including frequently inventing outrageous numbers out of thin air and refuting any single thing that reflects negatively on him personally regardless of its veracity.
- the clear major conflict of interest presented by his crypto coin, which can be anonymously purchased at any scale (including by foreign governments), not to mention the other items he sells to gain financially from his role as POTUS (shoes, Bibles, watches, coins, etc.).
- his clear admiration for and friendship with authoritarian leaders around the globe (like Duterte, Erdogan, Orban, Putin, Un).
- the urgent alarm raised by many of his former advisors and members of his first administration who were fired or resigned. They just can't ALL be lying. Not such an unprecedented number of respected individuals, including staunch lifelong Republicans or non-partisan military that HE appointed (like Christopher Wray, Jim Mattis, Mark Milley, Mark Esper, John Bolton, John Kelly among many many others). It's insane to ignore this.

No you fucking irritating child, I reposted it so that your annoying trolling wouldn't be the last post if people scroll to the bottom.
Dude, you are 37 years old. Grow the fuck up and stay out of my thread if the discussion is over your head. You are about as self-aware as my 11 year old niece.

Re: DEFEND IT
These are their own words. When the law says "No" (aka the Constitution via the judiciary) but the chief executive acts anyway, THAT IS AUTOCRACY. Many of the "activist judges" the world's richest man wants impeached were Republicans and Trump appointees. Loyalty counts for nothing when the law is clear, and the law is crystal clear here.
Warning after warning shouted by countless career conservative Republicans, former advisors and decorated military leaders is coming to fruition now. Just sayin.
NOTE: Please read the above commentary as if spoken in a calm and firm but non-combative tone (except for the part in all capitals obviously said loudly for emphasis), so that nobody gets offended, or reads their own imaginary "shouting" or religious slurs into my words. I would hate for anyone to feel uncomfortable (FALSE. You should feel uncomfortable. The shit these people are doing is completely fucked up).
Just a serious commentary about serious matters (for the 28 other GMs capable of reading - and behaving - above a 3rd grade level).
