If you guys still haven't gotten your 10th, I can make it work for a draft tonight if you are still looking at 7pm PT.

So it is now up to Brandon, Jason, Gabe, or Brennan...if three of you get back to me before 6pm then I can expand the league to 12, if not, whomever signs up first.

Where did you send the link to? My IBC gmail account? Might be easier if you PM it to me, if possible so I can access here at work.

Dominated. You guys are drawing dead. How you ever let one team get both Brees and Rodgers in a 2 QB league blows my mind.

Did you see A) how this league was poorly formed and B) the names of the guys in the league?
I rest my case...

Why over value a qb spot in the first? I'll take two prolific TE where it's near impossible to get consist high points.

Gonna need a lot of points from those two QBs given the rest of the roster, this league is going to won by defense and kickers (AKA randomness)

They could both put up 350+ fantasy points, and I like my group of WR.

Dan,

If report cards and projections are to be believed(and lets face it, they're not..) you're going to finish dead last in this league.

"After Some Early Gambles, Mildcat Formation Isn't Exactly What You'd Call "Good""

Just throwing that out there, Mr "I dominated"..

The Yahoo draft report cards are among the dumbest things ever put to print. Dominated.

Jim in Maine's Team (Picking 3rd in a snake draft):

QB: Luck, Roethlisberger
WR: Marshall, Jeffery, Jackson
RB: Forte, Johnson
TE: Olsen, Celek
W/R/T: Boldin
K: Gostkowski, Gould (missed out on Bailey by 1 darn pick)
DEF: Seahawks, 49ers

Reserves: Tannehill (QB), Dwyer (RB), Nicks & Shorts (WR), Fasano (TE), Jets (DEF)

1. (3) Matt Forte (Chi - RB)
2. (18) Brandon Marshall (Chi - WR)
3. (23) Alshon Jeffery (Chi - WR)
4. (38) Andrew Luck (Ind - QB)
5. (43) Seattle (Sea - DEF)
6. (58) DeSean Jackson (Was - WR)
7. (63) Greg Olsen (Car - TE)
8. (78) Stephen Gostkowski (NE - K)
9. (83) Ben Roethlisberger (Pit - QB)
10. (98) Chris Johnson (NYJ - RB)
11. (103) San Francisco (SF - DEF)
12. (118) Cecil Shorts III (Jax - WR)
13. (123) Brent Celek (Phi - TE)
14. (138) Ryan Tannehill (Mia - QB)
15. (143) Anquan Boldin (SF - WR)
16. (158) Robbie Gould (Chi - K)
17. (163) Hakeem Nicks (Ind - WR)
18. (178) New York (NYJ - DEF)
19. (183) Jonathan Dwyer (Ari - RB)
20. (198) Anthony Fasano (KC - TE)

Quick take : TE is very weak but hopefully the Philly system will buoy Celek a tad. DEF and K best in the league, Forte is a ton while my WR are strong and QB is stable. Let's paly!

As to your DEF.. I'm not so sure San Fran is going to be that good for awhile given all their injuries and/or legal troubles. Who knows though, worth a flier.

Team: Show Me Your TDs

QB: Romo, E. Manning(puke),
WR: Jordy Nelson, K. Allen, R. Randle
RB: Vareen, J. Bell
TE: Jimmy Graham, Julius Thomas
Flex: Frank Gore
K: Vinatieri, Dan Carpenter
DEF: New England, Chicago

Bench: Heath Miller(TE), Bernard Pierce(RB), Justin Hunter(WR), Jeremy Hill(RB), Jarrett Boykin(WR), G. Smith(puke?).

My take: I went TE heavy as I believe getting significant production from the TE position to be a huge advantage given the lack of depth around the league. My trio of TE is by far the best in the league. WR core seems pretty strong. 2 #1s in Nelson and Allen. Randle should have a solid year. Boykin is a WR3 in a high powered offense. Flex appeal right there. Hunter is a wildcard. May as well count Graham as another #1 receiver.

For RB I didn't take one until the 5th I believe. Since its PPR and nearly all 3 down backs were gone, I went with guys who are adept at catching the ball out of the backfield. Bell and Vareen should be plenty valuable in a PPR format. I took them both before Gore fell in my lap. I think Hill is a major sleeper and Pierce has a shot to win the starting job in Baltimore.

K and DEF should be strong enough, with at least 1 top rated K and DEF at each spot. Only question is QB. Romo is good fantasy wise. Eli stinks, but maybe I get lucky and he bounces back. If not, maybe I get l lucky and Geno Smith carries over what he did at the end of last year. Or.. maybe I dont get lucky... and I have to find a trade target I think I got the pieces to do so.

Why you gotta try and steal my defense like that! You have the Patsies, not the Rams.
