To point #2.

You and John A.

Both players have been marketed heavily over the past 4-5 months. If either of you had made any reasonable offer you might have acquired one or both players. Since neither of you did, I have no clue what either of you is bitching about.

I mean seriously, I've seen some real doosers already go flying through this offseason.........and you both choose to bitch about this deal?

My two cents - fair deal.

Young would seem to be what is sparking the concerns, but he has already peaked (and now declining) on OFF and is below average on DEF as a SS.

Dejesus has another year or two to maintain his peak that he probably reached in 2008.

Madson for Mijares and McAllister is fair.

Just my opinion.
