Well I took one National to keep Harper happy. Left Meyer for someone else.
If you really want to make Harper happy, then put your money where your mouth is, make sure you draft his brother - Nats 30th rounder (907th overall) -
Bryan Harper, LHP.

I still have picks left, hopefully you didn't ruin my plan by letting the cat out of the bag...

Whale's vagina is really thinking about this next pick...
Nils stole my first choice of Meyer (anybody see the game he pitched against Florida?) and JB stole my second choice of Purke (Loved watching him and his father in the 2010 CWS)
Good thing there's a bunch of talent still on the board!
I loaded up my queue, just in case I'm out.

I've got 4 guys in my Queue so it's coming right to you Ken.

The four guys I had in the Queue were: Stephenson, Spangenberg, Guzman, and Ross.

Then is there a way to get a hold of him, I doubt he would just want to pass up a 2nd round pick compared to missing out on a 4th or 5th rounder.
And did he set up a queue and just not turn it on. I know his pick in the 2nd round of the BCMBL is still available and that was at a similar slot.

I believe Ben knows him personally. I talk to him quite a bit but I don't have his number

How many guys you got in your Queue? With three of the next seven picks it's just about getting the order right around Jim and Dan's draft tendencies.

In other news, I decided to take a couple lower ceiling guys who have already played in the AFL. With so many young players, I am looking for guys who could be carded by the time they lose their draft status. Then we took Elier to have a lottery ticket for the year. 3 B/B- prospects is a good way to start.

Can't access draft program with phone. I'll take Andrew Chafin if I can.

Only Shawn can enter in picks for others, so we've extended the clock on KC's pick a couple of hours until Shawn gets home from work to enter it in. Obviously, this is being done to prevent a headache if Chafin landed on somebody's queue and the draft moved on with the skipped pick and Chafin on another team with subsequent picks being made.

In that case if my first pick doesn't come up before 6ish central I'll probably be the guy who slows down the draft. But I'll be on it around 9:30, sorry guys!

Did we get all 3 of Jim's guys? Awesome. I really like Bradley slipping here, in an ideal world the Sox decide they don't want to pay Ellsbury and Bradley shows last year's struggles were caused by the injury and we've got a steal. A bunch more lottery tickets I'd like to take but I needed to take at least one college guy, Bradley is probably the last guy who is both. Other picks are queued up whenever.

Yes it was, he emailed me from his phone asking for directions, I gave him JP's email.

Yes, it was a mispick. Jeff contacted me immediately from his phone to let me know. Shawn will correct it for him.

I corrected it and put Ake back in the pool. Let me know if you see anything funky going on.

Nice pick Shawn, I was hoping Delmonico would fly below the radar and make it to me. Plus, being able to make references to Delmonicos while pimping would've been nice
