Draft Reminder

I believe the rule has been that no team should have more then 50 players and no team at 50 should have less then 10 draft eligible (49 - 9, 48 - 8, etc.)

This year "draft eligible" players are considered to be 06, 07 and 08 until the end of the draft and just 07 and 08 when the draft ends period.

This is, in my opinion, easy to understand and enforce. Presuming this is where we end up this year (stauts quo) I - and I believe the rest of the Exco, will be diligent in monitoring this.
