Going down for a conjugal visit?

I'll be in Williamsburg, VA from tonight through the 29th. Will send in lineup instructions.

I will be somewhere in the Bible Belt for the next five days and thusly, my internet access will be sporadic because of busyness (and the nature of the belt?). I should be back and running on July 1.

Will be in Cape Cod July 2 - July 6.

Will be in Alaska July 2nd-8th, digging razor clams, fishin' for halibut and chasin kings on the Kenai River. Oh, and drinkin enough to kill an elephant.

It is a great event. I didn't get back until late last night. Stayed down at Seaside on the coast for a couple days afterwards......but survived the run, despite being in the worst shape of my ten years of doing the event. I ran leg 6 again this year (which gets me leg 6, 18 and 30). Been avoiding leg 5 after running it three years ago. My split times have been getting progressively slower the last three years. I went from running 7:20's on leg 5 (gets you let 5, 17 and 29), the second hardest legs in the relay, to running 7:10's on leg 6 (two year's ago), much easier legs than leg 5, to 8:15's this year. Getting old sucks, but beer just seems to be tasting better and better.

I even managed to get in a couple solid rounds of golf and drank plenty of beverages to make sure I was re-hydrated with high carb, barley and hops liquids.

The team I run on is more focused on the drinking and having a good time with a little running mixed in, rather than taking the event too seriously. I think Nike's team won the event this year, but I didn't hear their splits. The winning team is usually running about a 5:20 ish split for the entire 197.0 miles. Crazy shit.

Anyways, good times.

I'll get a roster update in when I get home tonight, as I'm pretty sure I have a DL or two guy that needs action.

I will be out of town camping starting this afternoon until Sunday. Depending on the site, I might have some e-mail and internet access on my phone, so I'll still be available for trade deadline discussions, but will have no access to DMB during this time.

E-mail will be the best way to get a hold of me.

Won't be back until Monday, after the trading deadline so if you want to hit me up for a deal it will have to be this afternoon or late tonight after I attend a useless final preseason game of the Hawks and Raiders where the starters won't play more than a series.

Bringing back some old AFC West days other than the Raiders suck now and the Hawks are good.

Last night was an awful night for Pale Hose fans. Today will be better.

I may check in once or twice more this weekend ... depends on how much we drink and how the Pale Hose fare.

I will be leaving town tonight and won't be back until the weekend most likely. Going to bum fucked Nebraska to celebrate the life and mourn the passing of my late father in law, who succumbed to lung cancer over the weekend. Since I will be in the middle of absolutely nowhere, I will have extremely limited connectivity.

I'll be at Ohio State for the weekend, watching them hopefully beat the pussy USC team that plays in a weak conference, and hopefully not getting the shit beat out of me for mentioning how great the SEC is. I might be on my buddy's computer once in a while, but if you have anything to discuss with me, I'll be back late Sunday

Hurricane Ike came through here Sunday, so we probably won't have power at my house for a couple more days at least. I'm stealing my friends laptop for a few minutes. I'll explain what experiencing a hurricane in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio is like when I get lights at home

On Day 6 without power, called the power company and they told me that my town had lights, even though we've yet to see a power truck, so I'm bumming the internet at my buddy's for a few minutes. Looking like Sunday at the earliest for me to have power now, and they say it could be Monday. I'm pissed

I'll be leaving for warmer climates (Phoenix) on Friday night and won't be returning to Seattle until December 1st. I'll have some access to the league/internet, but it won't be a priority over the next ten days, so if anyone is interested in talking trades before then, give me a shout.
