Probably have to be a manual process, each team gets a thread as the ZiPS roll out and waiver order is adjusted (manually... ugh)? I guess that's the only feasible way.

Either blind email to "roster dude" or public claiming on ZiPS thread. Waiver claims are already public in this league.
