Mark Loretta (2B) was released at 9:52 am on 6/15/2007. Five teams, the Royals, Phillies, Orioles, Mets and Tigers, placed a claim on him.

The Tigers, by virtue of having the lowest waiver priority claim, have the successful claim and will release Carlos Martinez (P). They have been moved to the bottom of the waiver priority list - an updated view can be seen at: memberlist.php.

Note: I know this is a tad early, but what the hell. The Tigers have (had) the lowest priority claim and it is beautiful here in Maine so I'm not sticking around the PC today.

The White Sox will toss a claim in on Fontenot, we'll release Eric Milton if successful...

I will fix it this time, but in the future, the OOPSS waiver page must be used to claim players. As in this case, if only one team uses the system and the other uses the board, it will not process correctly.

I, for one, did not know the bugs had been worked out.

The White Sox do. Your waiver position will be reinstated as soon as I get ahold of Jim to figure out where you came from.

The Royals will put a claim on Eliezer Alfonzo - release no one after an unbalanced trade.

Not at this point of automation, and I don't believe it was ever a possibility even when manual.

We are still, until the next week or so when I have made it so you will also have to choose a player to release if your claim takes you over the limit...once that has been rolled out and sufficiently proven to work we can stop the manual claims.

Giants put a claim in on David Aardsma, will drop Yhency Brazoban if successful.

I signed Hoffpair because Zalaski has seemingly broken our waivers page. That said, if anybody else with a higher claim wants him and gets him I'll drop him.

Waiver order has been updated for September, automation of this task has proved tricky so far. Standings were processed, then Angels claim of Edwin Jackson.

It's pretty cool how Shawn's OOPSS processes multiple claims automatically.
