Our draft officially starts next week, 2/15. The cutoff for eligible players to have signed by is 2/14, 11:59 PM EST.

Multiple GMs have asked to begin drafting early, and you may begin doing so in the thread here: viewtopic.php?p=96362#p96362

There is no time limit on picks until 2/15, and GMs who make selections do so at their own risk, knowing some (probably very few) foreign players may still sign by next week.
