Nationals Buying

Looking to add to the squad because apparently, we're winning games. Three needs:

1) Starting Pitching - looking to improve the top of the rotation
2) Bullpen - ideally from the left side, but really need good arms across the board
3) Outfield - best case is from the left side, but again any solid addition will help.

Have picks and am willing to talk about anyone you may be interested in, but likely reluctant to part with any of my young arms unless it's a major addition.
