I love the draft pick explanations, makes for great laughs as managers self stroke and cream over their picks. We all are flipping coins like scouts and hopping for the best.

Well that second part is the right one. Done 20ish of these drafts now and it is FAR more humbling than it is 'ego stroking'.
It's a marker to go back to see what we were thinking. I don't have a fucking clue who I drafted in 2007. Kind of fun to read about it and what I was thinking...especially the ones I totally missed on.
