Dave Taylor reached out to me via email and wants back in the IBC.

I'm fine with it, but note that there is no TRC to protect him. We'll need to stay vigilant and make sure he's not upsetting the balance of the league, but he's typically been an active member. It's been 12 years since he's been in the league.

Given we don't have any other candidates, good with me.
