Nationals Are Selling

Post by Nationals »

Injuries and some under-performance have pushed me to sell and look to come back around in 2022. I'm not likely to deal core young guys, but feel free to ask on anyone. Picks/prospects/guys who can help next year all game in returns. Here's a short list of those available:

Infielders:
Hunter Dozier (IF/OF - 108 OPS+)

Starters:
Tyler Anderson

Relievers:
Any RP on my roster.

PM works best, but you can text or gchat me too.

McMahon & Laureano have both moved on, as have lefties Bleier & Hill.

Dozier and his above average bat (108 OPS+) is available at the corner IFs and corner OFs.
Schoop and his (104 OPS+) is available at 2B, but I'd probably want someone capable of playing 2B in 2022 back.
Tellez has a bigger bat from the left side (119 OPS+) at 1B or DH.
Rosario (112 OPS+) is likely to be back from the IL this week or next and can play anywhere in the OF (albeit not an amazing CF) with an EX arm.

Domingo German just outdueled deGrom and has a 102 ERA+

Gallegos & Hader remain available, but expensive. In addition to strong projections this year, both are having very strong 2021 campaigns.

If you're looking to add bullpen depth, Ginkel or Jackson (ERA+ 112/113) can be had cheap.

Still have a few pieces that can be moved ahead of our deadline:

(1B,2b,3b,SS): Jonathan Schoop: (104 OPS+) available at 2B, or other IF spots.
(1b,3b,LF,RF): Hunter Dozier: (108 OPS+) available at the corner IFs and corner OFs.
(C): Manny Pina: (80 OPS+) and a strong defender at C (.998 FP and 5 PBs all season) and has a VG arm behind the dish
(LF,CF,RF,PH): Jake Cave: (103 OPS+) technically can play any of the OF spots, but profiles more as a lefty bench bat for a contender
(1b,2b,3b,LF): Wyatt Mathiesen: (93 OPS+) and a strong defender at 1B/3B (also projected at 2B/LF), but can give IF depth for a contender

(SP): Tyler Anderson - 4/5 type starter, if you need someone to eat innings for the stretch run.
(RP): Kevin Ginkel - 112 ERA+

Open to all forms of returns. LMK if anyone catches your eye and we can figure it out. Generally ordered from most expensive to least.

I'm willing to listen on Gore or Pearson as well, but they are far more than rentals.

Throwing Alec Bohm on the block as well. Not sure he'll move, but I have a lot of options in the IF now, so he can be had in the right deal.
