With MLB making J2 signings in January this year, we are making an amendment to the rules for this season.

Our draft will begin on March 1 this season, and the cutoff for players to sign is February 28 to be eligible for the draft.

I'm having a hard time finding the raw draft order - perhaps we can get a link or at least a sticky?
