CF Andrew McCutchen
RF Jeremy Hermida*
Additional primary options are JD Drew*, Willy Taveras and Mark DeRosa.
McCutchen still has to beat out Taveras, and Drew and Gordon need to finish their progression. And of course newly drafted Wieters has a whole lot to prove.
But for the first time, this looks a lot like the vision that we had for the Detroit (formerly Colorado) lineup when we joined the league.
