The Final Push to 55

[Guardians]

Many teams haven't gotten to 55 roster spots through the ZiPS bidding process. Now that all ZiPS have been posted, we now will have one more push to get everyone to 55 players.

Beginning at noon EST Sunday, Feb. 24, all players will be available. We can't use waivers or straight free agency because the site is still programmed to keep the roster limit at 50 for now.

What to do: beginning at noon, post the players you want as a reply in this thread. It will be first come, first serve. Only post the number of players you need to get to 55.

If the player needs to be created, please include a DOB. With each player, also include position and MLB team for clarity. Once we get everyone to 55, Shawn will have to make some programming changes to allow 55 to become the new standard and he'll probably just eliminate the ZiPS roster on your page.

All players posted here will be manually added, as they have been throughout ZiPS bidding and the draft. Post any questions here.

Some clarification for those who have asked...you are allowed to use any remaining draft spots to get you to the 55-man roster requirement given the timing/intersection of zips bidding and the draft.
Example: if a team is at 53 players between rostered players and zips players and has 2 draft picks remaining, the team can simply use those last two picks to get up to 55 rather than picking up two additional players and making cuts after the picks.
