Last call this year on Kershaw. He's still in the top 10 in ERA, despite his "struggles" this year. He is currently working on a streak of 7 consecutive quality starts.

In addition to Kershaw, Hunter Strickland is also available with a 118 ERA+. I'm sure some teams could use him in their relief corps.
