OOPSS Players Updated with Projections

I have updated the OOPSS database to reflect the new projections.

Please check your OOPSS rosters both for duplicate players and that all players have the correct status.

For the Tigers, Jarrod Saltalamacchia should be listed as an active player rather than a 0-.

Appended to the end of that file are the results of a suggestion by Jagger that we delete older players who did not make the database shortly after its release. As a result of this suggestion and some discussion between myself and Bren, all players who are older than 30 years old, are not on a team and have not been involved in a transaction since the beginning of OOPSS have been deleted. This year 176 players have been deleted.
